Administration
Mrs. Widner went to school at Wayne High School. She went to Wayne State and got a diploma in Elementary Education, Library Media, and Elementary School Administration. She went into education because it was different everyday and she got to work with kids. She has two sons. Her hobbies are gardening, reading, and cooking. Mrs. Widner started working here at O’Neill Elementary in 2006.
Amy Shane, Superintendent
Mrs. Shane went to Norris High and went to UNL and Wayne State. She went into education because she enjoys helping students learn. She has a husband and two daughters. Her hobbies are reading, skiing, listening to music, and spending time with family.
Kathy Grossnicklaus, SPED Director
Mrs. Grossnicklaus is a Special educator Director at O’Neill High School. She went to Nebraska City High School. She went to Concordia College. She has always wanted to teach. She has a husband named Monty, two girls named Katie and Kristin. She likes cooking, traveling, and reading cookbooks.
Jen Hagen, Curriculum Director
Mrs. Hagen went to high school in St. Paul. Then after high school she went to college at UNL. She is married to Paul and she has one son. She likes to read and shop.
